We offer classes for every level, all classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. We offer FREE classes on Saturday’s at 10a.

Our programming is designed to accommodate every athlete from beginner to intermediate to professional. Regardless of where you stand with your fitness level, we can take any workout and modify it. Here at CrossFit Wynkoop it does not matter if you are a seasoned athlete, regularly active, workout on and off, or have never stepped foot in a gym – we created these workouts with YOU in mind to help improve your strength, conditioning, and personal goals. We use a wide range of fitness techniques that range from gymnastics, Olympic lifting to body weight movements. Our goal is not to just make you strong in the gym but strong both physically and mentally in your day to day life by using functional fitness.

On Ramp/Intro Classes:

Mon - Fri | Scheduled with Coach as a One on One Class

New Members who are new to CrossFit classes and movements must complete 4 introductory classes before joining regular classes. These onramp classes will be held each week Monday-Thursday at 6:30 pm. We allow a max capacity of 6 people per intro class. 

These classes will introduce new members to the foundational movements that we use at here at CrossFit Wynkoop. This will allow you to understand how to do the movements correctly and safely, teach you what to expect in a regular class, where equipment is located, and how to score each workout. 

**If you are unable to attend the scheduled classes, you will need to arrange to complete all the classes through 4 personal training sessions at a convenient time** ($40 per session)
